Booking Policy

All Bookings require a nonrefundable deposit to secure service(s) date and time. Remaining balance will be due date of service.
Group bookings will NOT be billed or booked separately Point of contact for group events will be be billed with an invoice and will be required to pay balance in full 2 days prior to event.
All Bookings will include an automatic 20% gratuity at time of checkout to be rendered to your stylist.
an additional 3% sur charge will be added to all credit card payments
Cancellation policy: 48 hour cancellation will result in 50% service charge, same day cancellation or no show will result in 100% service charge
